Voice Your Opinion About Health In Your Community (March 31, Normal)

SPRINGFIELD – The Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH) is holding hearings across the state where the public can weigh in on the State Health Improvement Plan (SHIP) and the State Health Assessment (SHA), two components of Healthy Illinois 2021.

The SHIP and SHA help us understand the current health needs in Illinois and map out strategies to address these needs.  Public hearing participants will have the opportunity to provide feedback on the current state of health in Illinois, and health improvement activities related to behavioral health, chronic disease, and maternal and child health.
