Description: Keeping the healthcare environment clean and disinfected requires systems and a plan. The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) new Mega Rule requires the use of Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) systems and plans. This webinar targets long-term care facility staff, and discusses how to use the required regulatory framework to develop an interdisciplinary cleaning and disinfecting model in long-term care programs.
