COVID-19 Recruitment for Critical Vacancies

Under the State of Illinois Disaster Declaration, the Illinois Department of Public Health (the Department or IDPH) is seeking to fill critical vacancies integral to the Department’s COVID-19 response with the assistance of a recruitment firm who has expertise in recruiting leaders in the public health officials or health care professionals. Please provide your response by returning the completed attached Surge Center Budget Template and your proposal that follows the directions and guidelines of the attached Request for Proposal. The Proposals are due via email to William.Smith@Illinois.gov by 5 PM CST on Friday, April 23, 2021.
