Experiential Marketing Campaign for COVID-19 Vaccination Administration RFP

The Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH) is seeking to partner with a firm to provide an experiential marketing campaign in support of IDPH’s COVID-19 vaccine administration efforts. Experiential marketing is defined as a marketing technique that creates an experience between the brand and the consumer such as immersive experiences and events.   At the direction of the State, the vendor will work closely with IDPH and other State of Illinois (State) stakeholders designated by IDPH to plan, develop and execute a vaccination bus tour (Bus Tour) to reach under-vaccinated communities across Illinois. The services sought include planning, production, staffing and tour management.
